Design, configure, and maintain MikroTik-based customer network infrastructure. Perform fast and accurate network troubleshooting. Conduct site surveys and install new customer network equipment. Coordinate with the NOC team for 24/7 network performance monitoring.
Minimum D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. MTCNA certification is a plus. Understands routing, switching, and wireless networking concepts. Willing to travel to customer sites.
